1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Incernonco ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website at incernonco.com, as well as any related services, features, or content offered by us (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Our Services

Incernonco provides smart home device installation services in Singapore. Our Services include but are not limited to consulting, installation, configuration, and maintenance of smart home systems and devices.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice or liability.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

4. User Accounts

Some features of our Services may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. 6. Payment Terms

For services that require payment, the following terms apply:

• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is required in advance for most services, with the balance due upon completion.
• We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified at the time of booking.
• Cancellation charges may apply as per our cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care. However, there are certain things that we do not promise about our Services:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
